Mediatecture

Mediatecture is an upper level, multidisciplinary course at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena California, that has helped redifine the Graphic Design Department.

The class helps students explore the boundaries of new media, problem solving, and human centered design. The class is often paired with higher term classes where they can have space and time to innovate and experiment with new ideas.

Instead of relying on one tool, the students use a wide variety of tools including Processing, Arduino + Sensors, Kinect, MadMapper, OpenTSPS, Projectors, and the adobe suite.
